Adept at fostering cross-sector partnerships, ensuring operational excellence and passionate about driving impact through inclusive and sustainable development approaches. Proven leader in delivering adaptive MEL systems aligned with IFC Performance Standards and different donor requirements. He also has a Masters of Intergrated Environmental Management (UDSM).
