With a passion for strengthening civil society in Tanzania, Neil Ngala has been a dedicated staff member of the Foundation for Civil Society (FCS) since 2008. Over 16 years, he has gained invaluable insights into the landscape of Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) through diverse roles. Currently, as part of the FCS Dodoma Resource Centre, Neil is committed to providing information, support, and connections to organizations, ensuring they have access to the resources needed to amplify their impact. He firmly believes that a thriving civil society is the cornerstone of a vibrant nation.
Off-duty, Neil enjoys soaking in the atmosphere of Dodoma and catching football matches.
